It offers a detailed breakdown of expenses by model, project, and task, ensuring users understand their spending without any hidden costs. The application reads session files generated by these tools, providing insights into how much each model is costing in real-time.
The application operates entirely locally, meaning no data is sent over the internet, and users do not need to manage API keys or proxies. CodeBurn features a user-friendly menu bar item that displays the selected spend period, which can be adjusted to show daily, weekly, monthly, or six-monthly data. Additionally, it includes functionalities for viewing trends, forecasts, and activity breakdowns, as well as the ability to export data in CSV or JSON formats, updating every 30 seconds.
